Back to Work Illinois Press Conference for Full Funding of the 2009 Illinois Capital Bill
On April 18, 2012, Back to Work Illinois held a pres conference at City Hall to introduce an ordinance to lift the gaming ban in Chicago to receive full funding for the 2009 Illinois capital bill. Omar Duque of the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Michael Mini of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, John Coyle – an unemployed Chicago resident, Bob Dale of the Illinois Black Chamber of Commerce, Marc Gordon of the Illinois Hotel and Lodging Association and Melinda Kelly of the Chatham Business Association all spoke in favor of fully funding the capital bill.
