Our newest Entertainment Report features Phantom of the Opera which opens the Central Illinois Ballet 2018-19 season at the ICC Performing Arts Center on the East Peoria campus on Friday, October 26 beginning at 7 pm and on Saturday, October 27 at 2 pm. Based on the novel by Gaston Leroux, the story takes place at the Paris Opera during the nineteenth century.
