SCHAUMBURG, IL — The popularity of charcuterie boards has grown tremendously in recent years, with many people posting their favorites on social media. Since 2018, Graze Craze has been jumping on the trend and now has more than 60 locations across the country, including the latest in Schaumburg.
The food franchise chain, featuring customizable charcuterie boards, was started in Oklahoma by an Air Force veteran and has now expanded into 21 states. The Schaumburg location, found at 1437 W. Schaumburg Road in the Schaumburg Plaza shopping center, is owned by locals Chris and Kelly Clark, who grew up in the area.
“Graze Craze was our perfect match,” Kelly Clark said. “From the quality of the ingredients to the beauty of the charcuterie boards, we love that we get to share this unique grazing experience with our clients and look forward to using our business to give back to the community that we call home.”
Kelly Clark has a culinary degree, 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry and a master’s degree in social work. Chris Kelly is a combat veteran, who served in U.S. Navy and U.S. Army, according to the company.
Graze Craze “specializes in artfully designed, hand-crafted charcuterie boards and boxes featuring high-quality foods arranged perfectly for nibbling or hearty graze-style meals.” These boards include gourmet meats, cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, artisanal sweets and more.

The Schaumburg Graze Craze is open for pick-ups from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 10 a.m.–3 p.m. on Sunday, with the option for free local delivery any day of the week.
