The CTWC Qualifiers started in 2015 when Christian Deitering asked Vince Clemente to host a Southern Qualifier in Texas, sending the winner to CTWC to compete in the World Championship. This was the first of many CTWC qualifying events around the world, which continues to expand and sponsor new players every year.
