Montana to Maine in Our Imagine XLS 17MKE / Trip Re-Cap With the Help of Our Labrador Retriever!
Montana to Maine in our Imagine XLS 17MKE – join us (and our Labrador Retriever) for a re-cap of this trip! Our last video (in chronological order) was at Pelican Fishing Access in Montana. We traveled through North Dakota with a stop at Buffalo Gap in the Little Missouri Grasslands and a quick trip to Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Have you ever heard of The Enchanted Highway? We drove it! A few city parks, a nice lakeside site at Boy Scout Point & Thistledew Lake in Minnesota then on to the North Shore of Lake Superior! Then on to Wisconsin with a Superior lakeside site & a visit to Birch Grove Campground. Then to the UP or Upper Peninsula of Michigan! Sault St. Marie, Soo Locks, Pictured Rocks, Lake Huron and some awesome moochdocking at our friends’ old farm. Then to Michigan’s Lower Peninsula – the “mitt”. Visits to Charlevoix, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Hart & Holland were highlights. Ohio is next – we visited three Ohio State Parks – Harrison, Mohican & Mosquito Lake. A quick stop in Pennsylvania at Tionesta then to Upstate New York. A couple of nice Harvest Hosts stops and another fantastic moochdocking spot. Off to Button Bay State Park in Vermont, then zipped through New Hampshire to our furthest NE destination: Maine! We had a great time at Bethel Outdoor Adventure and then it was wedding time. Thankfully, I had Sierra’s help in this re-cap of our trip from Montana to Maine in our Imagine XLS 17MKE!
