MORE AT FOUR: Next week, Illinois legislators will return to the state Capitol for session. The House and Senate have not come together since March 5 — two weeks before Governor JB Pritzker stay at home order. Obviously much has changed since then, and communities across the state are feeling the economic impact of the pandemic response. State Rep.
