Pullman Walmart evacuated after shooting – Chicago Tribune

Shots were fired inside a Walmart in the Pullman neighborhood Saturday evening, Chicago police said. The store was evacuated and closed after the shooting.

Chicago police responded to the Walmart at the 10900 block of South Doty Avenue around 6:42 p.m. They said two groups of people were fighting and a gunshot was fired. They then fled southbound on South Corliss Avenue, police said.

The Walmart remained closed for the rest of Saturday and reopened Sunday morning.

No injuries were reported and no one is in custody. Area two detectives are investigating.
