REALTORS® interested in developing global business ties in Greece can secure a spot on the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®’ (MORe) trade mission, Oct. 2-10, with a $500 deposit by Aug. 15.
The trade mission – which begins in Athens and includes stops in eight northern Greek cities – will include stops to see Roman Aqueducts, the Mediterranean Sea and the Acropolis. The main objective is to help REALTORS® start building relationships with real estate agents, government officials and master developers, understand the political landscape and learn about opportunities for second homes, investments and the Schengen Visa Program. Near the end of the trip, participants will meet with the Real Estate Federation of Greece and developers of the Hellinikon Project.
The deadline for making the deposit was originally Aug. 3, but it has been extended to the close of business on Aug. 15.
