Make a low-effort yet fancy-looking red and white cream cheese cherry delight recipe for dessert this Valentine’s Day.
Trust me your family will HEART our cherry cheesecake recipe! <3
If you’re looking for a special treat idea to celebrate Valentine’s Day, consider making this no-bake heart-shaped three-layer cheesecake dessert. One of my family’s favorite cheesecake recipes happens to be this blueberry dessert. This smaller red and white heart-shaped cherry version I am sharing today is fun and simple to make!
The result is an adorable heart-shaped food item you’ll want to dive into!
The graham cracker crust has a dreamy creamy whipped topping cream cheese filling to die for. The cherry pie filling is the perfect sweet berry addition. I added some additional whipped cream to decorate the top, but that detail is optional.
How adorable is my metal heart-shaped cake pan?! It’s so perfect to make this easy no bake heart-shaped cheesecake.

For the filling:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the heart-shaped dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
2
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Use an electric mixer to whip until smooth, 20 seconds. Fold in the whipped topping.
3
Spread the cream mixture evenly on top of the crust. Top with the cherry pie filling. Chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. (I was impatient and placed mine in the freezer for an hour, and it worked fine!)

Cut into squares to serve. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to a few days.

Extra tips for making this adorable Valentines cheesecake:
- I picked up this inexpensive red heart pan from Target and love the result. You could of course use a 9×9 pan or 9-inch pie plate instead.
- For a large crowd, you could double the recipe and prepare it in a larger 9×13 casserole dish.
- This same recipe is great with other pie filling such as blueberry!
- If whipped topping, like Cool Whip, isn’t your favorite, substitute with a cup or two of homemade whipped cream instead!
This simple cherry cheesecake recipe is a crowd-pleaser.
I enjoy cheesecake but don’t love the longer process. This method is easy peasy. It would be a great make-ahead dessert to prep ahead and stick in the fridge for a special Valentine’s Day treat. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge covered for 3-4 days or in the freezer for 1-2 months.
