New Chairman is Longtime MIAMI Leader
Blanco, a Miami Lakes resident, is the broker and owner of Stratwell, a real estate brokerage with offices in Miami and Naples.
Born and raised in Miami, Blanco is a distinguished real estate leader with over 25 years of experience shaping the South Florida real estate market. Beginning his career in 1998, Blanco consistently delivered exceptional results, establishing Stratwell as one of Florida’s premier boutique real estate firms. His firm’s innovative strategies and client-first approach earned it recognition as the #1 small team in Florida and #7 in the United States by Real Trends in 2024.
As the 2025 Chairman of the MIAMI Association of Realtors, Blanco leads with the theme “Forward Together: Shaping Our Future,” emphasizing collaboration, advocacy, and innovation. Blanco’s focus is on empowering members, advancing strategic initiatives, and positioning MIAMI REALTORS® to lead amid an evolving market.
Blanco’s dedication extends beyond the MIAMI Association. He serves as a Director at the National Association of Realtors, chairs Florida Realtors’ State & Local Taxation Think Tank, and actively contributes to advancing the profession at every level. His thought leadership has been featured in notable publications like the Miami Herald, where he shared insights on Miami’s emergence as a global city.
A devoted family man, Eddie is married to Arianna Blanco and is the proud father of four children. He is also an outdoor enthusiast and a passionate advocate for his community.
