30-year-old man shot on DuSable Lake Shore Drive overnight in the Jackson Park neighborhood, cops say

A 30-year-old man was sitting on a curb on DuSable Lake fShore Drive early Saturday morning when someone in a vehicle shot him, critically wounding him, Chicago police said.

Shortly before 5 a.m., the victim was shot in the 6200 block of South DuSable Lake Shore Drive. He suffered wounds to right shoulder and hip. He was taken to UChicago Medicine where he was listed in critical condition, police said.

No one was in custody, and detectives were investigating.
