Our CEO, Asiaha Butler served as a guest speaker alongside State Representative Sonya Harper, Governor JB Pritzker, our Mayor Lori Lightfoot, our local alderman & members of the Illinois Legislative Black Caucus to celebrate the laws pushing forward that are rooted in equity for Black People. We are hearing the word equity so much now but I am glad to see actually bills passed to address this issue. The pillars of this economic agenda is exactly the laws we need to support our Re-Up initiative!
