JULIE HYMAN: Aerospace giant Boeing is on the move literally. The company has decided to pack up its headquarters in Chicago and move to Arlington, Virginia. This will bring it closer to federal decision makers in Washington, while also dealing a blow to the city of Chicago. United States Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois saying Boeing’s decision to leave Illinois is incredibly disappointing.

And there’s more disappointing news if you’re an investor in this company, perhaps. Eye care company Bausch & Lomb pricing its initial public offering below the expected range at $18 a share, of $21 to $24. That was the expected range. At the IPO price, the company has a market value of $6.3 billion. It is expected to begin trading today on the New York Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange. The ticker, BLCO.

And lastly, Peloton looking to shore up business. The fitness company reportedly targeting potential investors to take a stake in the company of around 15% to 20%, as shares continue to sink. While discussions are at an early stage– there are no guarantees– an investment like this could give Peloton the boost it needs as it attempts to make a turnaround. No word on who those potential investors might be.
