University of Iowa 2022 spring president’s list honorees announced
More than 1,000 undergraduate students at the University of Iowa named to the president’s list for the 2022 spring semester.
President’s list status was earned by only 73 first-year undergraduates during the 2022 spring semester at Iowa; only 199 second-year students; only 285 third-year students; and only 464 fourth-year students.
The president’s list was established in the fall of 1983 to recognize academic excellence.
In order to be included on the list, a student must have a minimum 4.0 grade-point average (4.0 is an A) in all academic subjects for the fall 2021 semester, and a minimum of nine graded hours with a 4.0 grade-point average (4.0 is an A) in all academic subjects for the spring 2021 semester. Courses offered on a satisfactory/unsatisfactory (S/U), pass/fail (P/F), or pass/non-pass (P/N) basis do not count toward graded credit for inclusion on the president’s list.

Dean’s, president’s lists students named at University of Alabama
A total of 11,224 students enrolled during Spring Semester 2022 at The University of Alabama were named to the dean’s list with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the president’s list with an academic record of 4.0 (all A’s).
The UA dean’s and president’s lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.

Local students named to Missouri State University’s spring 2022 dean’s list
Each semester, students at Missouri State University who attain academic excellence are named to the dean’s list.
For undergraduate students, criteria include enrollment in at least 12 credit hours during the spring semester and at least a 3.50 grade point average (on a 4.00 scale).

Geneva students named to Ohio University dean’s list
The following students were named to Ohio University’s Spring 2022 Dean’s list.
- Ohio University College of Arts and Sciences student Ernie Rowoldt from Geneva has been named to OHIO’s Spring 2022 Dean’s List.
- Ohio University College of Business student Nana Oduro from Geneva has been named to the spring 2022 Dean’s List.
More than 4,400 students qualified for the spring semester 2022 Dean’s List at Ohio University, including main and regional campuses.
Ohio students must earn at least a 3.5 grade point average for the semester with a schedule of classes totaling at least 15 hours, 12 of which were taken for letter grades, to achieve this distinction.
