Illinois Graduated Income Tax Discussion

This event discusses the pros and cons of the proposed amendment to the Illinois Constitution to create a graduated income tax. On November 3rd 2020, Illinois citizens can vote on whether to create a graduated income tax structure instead of a flat tax on state income.
