Illinois Senate Bill 1 (education funding reform) press conference

Illinois Sen. Andy Manar, D-Bunker Hill, hosts a press conference at the Capitol in Springfield to announce changes to Senate Bill 1, which rewrites the formula by which state government distributes tax dollars to local school districts.
