Recipients for the Illinois Valley Area Chamber of Commerce’s 40 Under 40 initiative have been announced. The first group is made up of representatives across the Illinois Valley that make an extraordinary drive to make a positive impact on communities in LaSalle, Bureau, and Putnam counties. Leaders in small business, finance, non-profits, and more make up the list. Some LaSalle County recipients include Peru Director of Parks and Recreation Adam Thorson, Utica Village Pres.
