Harper is inspired by nature, romance, beauty and “the relationships”….In her work, you’ll find story, closeness, with a little bit of playfulness, and intimacy. Kelly Silver has been with Eminjayin Productions since 2009. She makes a great addition to the team working side by side with Steve and Harper at weddings creating beautiful details throughout your wedding day. We have been so fortunate to work with some amazingly talented people including other photographers, artists, art gallery owners and academy award winners. We have been able to photograph quite a large range of people/professions including: radio talk show hosts (both in the local Chicago market, as well as national market), a comedian from Saturday Night Live, bands, reality television winners, state senators and congressman, celebrity models and television and film actresses. We have produced commercials for national companies as well as providing commercial photography. Harper has also shot as a still photographer for commercials. We also have been a part of many charitable events, donating our time and talent to worthy causes.
We are a boutique studio, so we get to know our clients and our service to them is our number one priority. Whether it’s a family bringing in a newborn, a sexy mamma wanting to add a little spice to life, deeply in love soon-to-be-weds, actor/celebs wanting a personal relationship with their photographer or big companies we shoot for because they love the hands on relationship and customer service, we surely meet a wide variety of needs! We have two studios, one in Chicago in the Bucktown neighborhood, and the other in north suburban Grayslake, but we also shoot weddings, boudoir and other portraiture in Los Angeles. We are by appointment only, so as much as we like visitors, we may not be there.
Since we are a boutique studio, we do not have a ton of photographers that shoot for us. We will not just send out “one of many photographers”… it will be Steve, Harper or Kelly, or a combination of the three.. We do have 2nd shooters and interns that work with us as well.
