Lion Electric is pleased to host an official press conference to inaugurate its zero-emission all-electric commercial vehicle manufacturing plant in Joliet, Illinois, live from the factory!
The manufacturing facility, from which rolled-out the first U.S.-built LionC in Q4 2022, represents the largest dedicated production site for zero-emission medium and heavy-duty vehicles in the U.S. with an expected annual production capacity of up to 20,000 vehicles per year. The facility is expected to add up to 1,400 clean energy jobs in the region over the next few years.
