My thoughts and experience with bullying of different sorts. I’m by no means a professional or expert but I have dealt with it a bit. There’s various types of bullying and I talk about a few of them here including physical and cyberbullying. If you are being bullied seek help from someone that you can trust. If you know someone being bullied talk to them about and see what if anything you can help them with. If you’re a parent of a child being bullied please think before doing anything too rash. These are often things that can lead to long lasting anxiety and traumatic for those involved.
