Vols Check in at No. 9 in AP, 11 in Coaches Polls

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Volunteers remained in the top 10 of the Associated Press Top 25 for the ninth-consecutive week, coming in at No. 9 following Saturday night’s game at South Carolina.

Tennessee (9-2, 5-2 SEC) fell to No. 11 in the USA TODAY AFCA Coaches Poll.

The Vols shattered last year’s school record for points in a season, hitting 512 in a 63-38 shootout loss to the Gamecocks.

Tennessee concludes the regular season on the road next Saturday as it heads to Nashville to face Vanderbilt at 7:30 p.m. ET, 6:30 p.m. CT at FirstBank Stadium on SEC Network.
