Strengthen the upper body with this chest press exercise using Theraquatics giant noodle with hole [Item 9462]. You can tie the aquatic noodle into a knot and perform chest press in the shallow end of the pool. Start by positioning your feet wide, knees bent, back straight and lean forward. Bend and straighten your elbows pushing the noodle directly under the chest. Breath out to push down and breath in to bend the elbows. Tense your abdominals to engage your core.
The same chest exercise can be performed keeping the noodle straight with the hands positioned wide, your elbows should form 90 degree angles when you bend the elbows or elevate the noodle up towards your chest.
