Craft Growers Can Update Their Applications.!
how to submit you illinois craft growers license

READ ALL ABOUT IT HERE:

Optional Opportunity to resubmit Craft Grower, Infuser, and Transporter Application:

Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-17, issued by Governor Pritzker on March 28, 2020, the application deadlines for Craft Grower, Infuser, and Transporter licenses has been extended to April 30, 2020.

All application materials must be sent via USPS Certified Mail and must be postmarked on or before April 30, 2020.

In order to ensure an equitable application process, the Department will allow applicants who have already submitted applications the opportunity to utilize the extended application deadline and resubmit their application. If an applicant has previously submitted an application(s) and would like to replace it with a new application, the following guidelines will be implemented:

Applicants must submit a new COMPLETE APPLICATION, excluding payment. Payment will be taken from the originally submitted application and applied to the newly filed application.
The outside of the mailed package must indicate in capital letters “APPLICATION SUPPLEMENT.”
By resubmitting an application, the applicant agrees that the previously submitted application is superseded in its entirety by the resubmitted application. The previously submitted application will be considered void and will not be reviewed, scored, or considered in any way.
4. DO NOT INCLUDE ADDITIONAL PAYMENT IF PAYMENT WAS INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION.

Due to the unknown future of COVID-19 and its potential impacts on public gatherings, meetings, and business openings, the Department has implemented following policies with regard to deficiencies:

If an applicant is unable to complete fingerprinting prior to submitting its application, a deficiency will be issued and the applicant will be given time to complete the fingerprinting process. Proper fingerprinting and background checks must be completed prior to award of a license.
If an applicant is unable to obtain zoning approvals prior to submitting its application, a deficiency will be issued. All zoning requirements must be met prior to award of a license.
